1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, holidays, or due to unexpected circumstances, order processing may take longer than usual. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.


2. Shipping Destinations

LUSENU offers international shipping to many countries and regions.

Available shipping options may vary depending on your shipping address, package weight, product type, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or may not be eligible for certain shipping methods. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.


3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Time

Shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

The estimated shipping options are as follows:

4. International Shipping

For international orders, shipping rates may vary depending on package weight, shipping address, destination country or region, and selected shipping method.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. After the order has been shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 7–21 business days for standard shipping, depending on the destination and carrier service.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

These charges are not controlled by LUSENU and may vary by country, region, and order value. Unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees.

By law, we cannot declare a lower order value or mark an order as a gift for customs purposes.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking information, if available.

You may use the tracking number to check the delivery status through the carrier's tracking website or the order tracking page provided by LUSENU.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after the shipment confirmation email is sent.


6. Delivery Delays

Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance or inspection;
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
  • Remote delivery locations;
  • Carrier delays or logistics disruptions;
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters;
  • Public holidays or peak shipping seasons;
  • Government actions, strikes, epidemics, or force majeure events.

LUSENU is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees, return fees, reshipping costs, or related charges.

If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at bizyul@outlook.com. We will try our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed once the order has been processed or shipped.


8. Lost, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, unpaid customs duties, or other reasons attributable to the customer, we may contact the customer to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at bizyul@outlook.com. We will review the situation and assist you according to the carrier's investigation result and our applicable policies.


9. Split Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately due to inventory availability, warehouse arrangement, product type, or logistics requirements.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
